I am a labour lawyer and sometime-academic based in Toronto. I am in private practice with the Koskie Minsky LLP firm. Most recently, I was working for the Ontario Expert Commissions on Pensions, and I am also a Research Associate, Centre for Research in Comparative Law and Economy, York University.
I have worked with several professional groups in Toronto, including the Securities Sub-Committee and Executive of the Pension Committee of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the International Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Pension Supervisory Authorities and the Law Commission of Canada, among others. I have also sat on boards of several community-based organizations and not for profit organizations.
I have worked in various capacities I have worked with groups involved in South-North law and development initiatives. I have published and spoken on labour law, corporate and securities law, pension law, international financial institutions, human rights and law and development.
